Shipping

All orders are shipped Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service (USPS), unless express shipping is selected, then it will be shipped via Federal Express.

We offer Free Shipping on all standard orders, and real time shipping rates are used for express orders, so shipping will be calculated in the shopping cart based on your order.

Orders generally ship within 1-3 business days of receiving your order (except custom orders). Please note, the shipping method you select only affects the time in transit, not the ship date.

NOTE: We will do our best to ship the same day your order is received, however it could take up to two days - For example: If order is placed on Wednesday, order might not ship until Thursday or Friday.

 

Returns Policy

All returns or exchanges require our authorization. We do not accept returns on custom orders or clearance items. No credit or refund will be given on returns without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery of your order to initiate the return process. Use our Contact Us form and include your Order# and the reason for the return. We will respond quickly with your RMA# and instructions on how to complete the return. All returns must be received by us within 10 days of issuing you the RMA# otherwise no credit or refund will be honored. Credits will be issued for purchase price only; original shipping charges are not refundable.

Any returned item should be carefully packaged and include all original packaging materials. All items returned must be undamaged, unused, in the original packaging and include all parts and paperwork, including copy of the RMA Form. All returns must be in the identical condition as when we shipped it to you. Additional fees will be assessed if we expend any time or expense to make your returned item ready for resale. To protect the customer's interest, the customer is suggested to add "delivery confirmation" on their return postage when returning the package.

In the case that the jewelry received is a wrong item or has a defect, customer must contact us within 3 days of delivery for a replacement or refund and we will pay the return shipping costs of the incorrect or defective item.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
